When someone's training has been completed exactly what happens is dependant upon many things. First, what did they want before the training was started. What happens at the end of a formal training should be discussed and the options placed into the contract before the training begins.

The two general options that I can see are:

• Freedom - One is let go her own way, with hopefully a lasting bond of friendship and respect
• Lifetime Commitment - If one gets along well with me, and everyone who is at the point committed into the family that I have then one might be invited to stay permanently, to commit herself to each and every member of the family, and finally to train towards what I would require of her as my slave. Interest has to be strongly mutual to all parties involved.

Other options are up to negotiation either beforehand, or at the point of completion. Possibilites I can think of would be assistance in finding a Master or Mistress to serve, staying around to help train more students, possibly helping to start a training school, etc. I can imagine a lot, and still miss possibilities so if you have something in mind, ask.
