You can either buy one (adult toy stores, or as a sleeping aid from most drug stores and possibly supermarkets and discount stores) or you can make or improvise one fairly easily.

The real strength of the blindfold is in what it takes away, the sense that most of us rely upon most strongly to perceive the world around us, sight. Without it, a sub can not see what is happening, and is more easily suprised by any sensation, and more focused on it as well. As they focus more on their other senses to compensate for their temporary loss, those sense get more sensitive, and more erotic.
One of my favorite things to do with a blindfolded sub is to play touching games. Touching them on different parts of their bodies with anything that comes to hand. The cold, wet feel of ice, the frayed end of a rope, the point of a knife, the soft touch of a fuzzyduster, the edge of a piece of paper (which also makes a suprising noise to them), the smell of smoke from a match (used to light a candle which soon drips hot wax on them), the smell of fresh apple before the cool wet touch against their skin, the feel of the cool metal of a pair of handcuffs dragging along their skin. Experiment with things, be creative, and remember to use all their senses, to confuse, and arouse them.
Not too much here, just don't put the blindfold on too tight, and watch out for psychological reactions. I really freaked Morn out once by closing a pair of folding handcuffs together on her nipple (her nipple was slightly squeezed while at the same time there was a metalic clap, she didn't know what it was and for a moment thought I had taken her nipple off. It took a minute to calm her down, and ended that little bit of play.)

There are several reasons as to why I like this particular toy. I like the anticipation of not knowing what's comming next and also the surprise when the next thing does happen to you. The mind games that can be played with this toy can also be quite fun and exciting and also a bit scarry depending on what evil things your Master might be up to *smiles*
